Admission Process

Welcome to Kaushik Public School. We are delighted that you are considering our institution for your child's educational journey. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, straightforward, and aligned with the guidelines set forth by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Eligibility Criteria

Foundational Stage (Classes Nursery to II)

Class	Minimum Age (as of April 1, 2025)
Nursery	3 years
LKG	4 years
UKG	5 years
Class I	6 years

Classes III to IX & XI

Admissions are subject to availability of seats.
An interaction session, written test and Academics assessment will be conducted to evaluate the suitability of the candidate.

Class X & XII

Admissions are based on the availability of seats and the candidate's performance in the previous class.
An interaction session may be conducted as part of the admission process.

Registration Procedure

Step 1: Online Registration

Visit our official website and complete the online registration form.

Step 2: Submission

After filling out the form, print it and submit it along with the required documents to the school office.

Step 3: Registration Fee

A non-refundable fee must be submitted along with the registration form.

Step 4: Incomplete Forms

Forms that are incomplete, illegible, or lack a photograph will not be processed.

Required Documents

Please attach self-attested photocopies of the following documents with the registration form:

Aadhar Card of the child.
Birth Certificate (issued by a competent authority).
Address Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
Report Card of the previous class (if applicable).
Transfer Certificate (if applicable).

Admission Procedure

List of Selected Candidates: The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the school website and notice board. Parents will also be informed via telephone.

Confirmation of Admission: Upon confirmation, parents must deposit the required fees within the stipulated time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the admission offer.

Interaction Session: For higher classes (II to IX & XI), an interaction session and Academics assessment will be conducted.

Fee Payment Guidelines

Online Payment: Parents can pay the school fees online through our secure payment gateway using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.

Fee Details: Detailed fee structure and challan can be accessed through the school's student portal.

Acknowledgment: A Transaction Reference Number will be provided as acknowledgment for the payment.

Important Notes

The mere issuance of a registration form does not guarantee admission.
Admission is subject to the availability of seats and the discretion of the school authorities.
The school does not accept donations or capitation fees.
All admissions are in accordance with the guidelines set by the CBSE and the school's management.
